In the set of statistical data relating to accidents at work and occupational diseases in the European Union Member States, EUROGIP publishes data 2008 concerning France.This document sets out a descri pti ve synthesis of the main available statistical data about accidents at work, commuting accidents and occupational diseases of France. It comes from the use by EUROGIP of official publications. The data have been presented according to the EUROGIP’s knowledge of the analysed insurance system. These data have not been reprocessed by EUROGIP. Comments do not intend to give explanatory factors to the figures but only to describe the underlying system’s characteristics in order to allow the reader to analyse them.
