Based on this, the British Standards Institute (BSI) is currently developing three new standards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/shop.bsigroup.com\/en\/Navigate-by\/PAS\/PAS-10102010\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PAS 1010<\/a>:&nbsp;Guidance on the management of psychosocial risks in the workplace<\/li>\n<li>PAS 1011 : Management competencies and standards<\/li>\n<li>PAS 1012 : Resilience, well-being and return to work<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The standards are described in Publicly Available Specifications (PAS). They are developed in accordance with a \u201cfast track\u201d procedure and comply with BSI guidelines. After two years, the PAS standards will be examined to determine whether they can become official British Standards.<br \/>In 2011, the BSI had worked out an initial series of new national standards for the prevention of work-related psychosocial risks in cooperation with the HSE and the Nottingham University-based Psychosocial Risk Management Excellence Framework Consortium (PRIMA-EF).<br \/>The present work focuses especially on high-risk groups and sectors and on gender issues.
