These countries &#8211; Germany, Denmark, Spain, France and Italy &#8211; were chosen because they are representative of diverse but mature insurance models and four of them (except Germany) show an interest in the issue of under-reporting of occupational diseases.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12.1599998474121px; line-height: 1.3em;\">The study is organized around these issues:&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an overview on reporting occupational diseases procedures<\/li>\n<li>comparative statistics (2011) concerning main reported and recognized occupational diseases (MSDs, hypoacusia, dermatosis, cancers)<\/li>\n<li>a focus on under-reporting of occupational diseases with an assessment each country makes of the shortcomings of its system and the solutions experimented successfully to correct them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"\/images\/publications\/2015\/Report_DeclarationMP_EUROGIP_102EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Download the report<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; EUROGIP&nbsp;publishes a report entitled \u201cReporting of occupational diseases: issues and good practices in five European countries\u201d.
