And it was adopted by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cen.eu\/Pages\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">European Committee for Standardization<\/a> (CEN) in December 2015 and included in a technical report. The ETUC hopes that this method will be adopted in the Member States where the experience feedback method has been adopted successfully.<\/p>\n<p> In France, for the past 10 years, the Occupational Injuries Branch has contributed to machinery market surveillance by means of the system of &#8220;data sheets for handling risk prevention problems&#8221; established in particular by Eurogip. It has thus been possible, over a more or less long period, to bring manufacturers into compliance and improve existing European standards.<\/p>\n<p> Regarding this, the reporting sheets relating to European standards have made it possible to detect:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12.16px; line-height: 1.3em;\">The absence of a type C standard (specific to a machine or a group of machines): in almost 40% of cases;&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>A measure provided for in the standard, but not applied: in almost 30% of cases;<\/li>\n<li>A measure provided for in the standard, but insufficient: in more than 20% of cases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The &#8220;experience feedback&#8221; method aims to report users&#8217; experience of machinery to the standardizers, so that more stringent safety requirements may be incorporated in European standards.
