According to Reiner Hoffmann, president of the DGB, &#8220;about 82% of the respondents say they are concerned by the subject on a daily basis&#8221;, whether it be robotization, computerization, or new information and communication technologies, &#8220;and for almost half of them the workload has increased and intensified. These results confirm our call to action: digitization needs rules so that technology may serve mankind<span>,<\/span> and not the opposite&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p> According to Michael Vassiliadis, president of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.igbce.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" style=\"font-size: 12.16px;\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">IG BCE<\/a>&nbsp;trade union, &#8220;it is in our interest that enterprises should exploit the possibilities of Industry 4.0 such as greater flexibility in production, research and development, and administration.
