Against this backdrop, the project entitled &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/osha.europa.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/publications\/documents\/safer-and-healthier-work-at-any-age-review-of-resources-for-workplaces.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Safer and healthier work at any age<\/a>&#8220;, carried out by <a href=\"https:\/\/osha.europa.eu\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">EU-OSHA<\/a> at the request of the European Parliament, explores the existing demographic trends, challenges, strategies and policies in the area of occupational safety and health (OSH) in an ageing society.<\/p>\n<p> The project also underlined the factors facilitating and impeding the implementation of these strategies. A user-friendly, interactive monitoring tool provides easy access to the data available in several languages.
