A group of researchers at the National Centre for Research on the Work Environment (NFA) has shown that the combination of the two factors multiplies by six the risk of death attributable to such diseases.<\/p>\n<p> The researchers monitored 4,724 men and women aged between 20 and 67 over a period of 18 and a half years. None of the participants had a diagnosed cardiovascular disease at the outset.
