The new recruit is trying desperately to connect the video projector to his laptop computer but is unable to do so, he simply doesn&#8217;t have the right adapter. Two members of the team start to make fun of him nastily. The scene culminates with the discovery that one of them has stolen the adapters.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;The video illustrates provocatively to what extent, through their behaviour, everyone contributes to the work atmosphere,&#8221; says Gregor Doepke, head of communication in the DGUV. &#8220;All the workers perceive the social environment which prevails in their firm and influences the company&#8217;s people and personality, and which can also have repercussions for workers&#8217; health. Respect and trust are essential for a good work atmosphere with mutual esteem.
