These sick leaves often lead to a permanent work disability, and mental illnesses are the most common reason for granting a pension among women.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;PSR assessment is important and it is effective. However, it can only contribute to workers&#8217; mental health if the results do not end up in a drawer, but lead to concrete improvements,&#8221; said the president of the Chamber of Labour, Johann Kalliauer.
