One of these standards on ageing of the labour force could contain tools for arrangement of the workplace, technologies and work practices to maximize the employability of senior workers. A first meeting of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iso.org\/en\/committee\/6810883.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ISO\/TC 314<\/a> was held in London from 20 to 22 June.<\/p>\n<p> In 2017, European employers and trade unions approved a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ceep.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Without-signatures_Framework-agreement-on-active-ageing.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">framework agreement<\/a> on active ageing and an intergenerational approach.
