However, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurofound.europa.eu\/sites\/default\/files\/ef_publication\/field_ef_document\/ef18041en.pdf%22%20%5Ct%20%22_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">report<\/span><\/a> published by Eurofound, work becomes more and more emotionally demanding, putting at risk the long-term health and viability of the work itself.<\/p>\n<p>The nature of work is changing and the factors that determine health and well-being at work are changing. The control of different aspects of the work, such as task order and speed, is increasing. The management of angry clients or exposure to emotionally disruptive situations at work is also on the rise.<\/p>\n<p>Demographic change is leading to a growing demand for services in a sector that is already characterized by high emotional demand, stress and labour intensity.
