In 20 years, it has contributed to reducing workplace accidents by a third.<\/p>\n<p>Today, the world of work continues to evolve and the motto is often: &#8220;higher, faster, further, further, more&#8230;&#8221;. Mental illnesses are on the rise; one third of such diagnoses result in a disability pension. Renate Anderl, President of the Chamber of Labour, and Bernhard Achitz, Principal Secretary of the Austrian Trade Union Confederation (\u00d6GB), agree: &#8220;More and more employees are no longer able to cope with excessive demands.
