It has been offering tools to prevent psychosocial risks for over 25 years. But the crisis has come and gone, and it was necessary to act.<\/p>\n<p>Since the arrival of the pandemic a year ago, many workers have been teleworking and others continue to go to work to ensure business continuity. But their working conditions have changed. \u201cIsolation, burn-out, stress, conflicts, violence, etc. are even more present in workers&#8217; daily lives\u201d. These work-related psychosocial risks affect both the mental and physical health of workers. They also have an impact on the smooth running and performance of companies and on safety.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign is being run in a humorous way, mainly on social networks.
