{"id":28858,"date":"2021-07-28T15:06:10","date_gmt":"2021-07-28T13:06:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/france-review-of-the-2016-2020-safety-and-health-plan\/"},"modified":"2021-07-28T15:06:10","modified_gmt":"2021-07-28T13:06:10","slug":"france-review-of-the-2016-2020-safety-and-health-plan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/en\/france-review-of-the-2016-2020-safety-and-health-plan\/","title":{"rendered":"FRANCE: review of the 2016-2020 safety and health plan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The French Ministry of Labour, Employment and Integration has just published the results of the 2016-2020 Occupational Health Plan (PST 3) and its 17 regional plans.<\/p>\n<p>Drawn up in consultation with the stakeholders concerned &#8211; trade unions and employers&#8217; organisations, social security, occupational preventionists and State administrations &#8211; the \u201cPST3\u201d set 10 operational objectives organised around 3 axes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>to give priority to primary prevention and to develop a prevention culture<\/li>\n<li>to improve the quality of life at work as a lever for health, for keeping workers in employment and for the economic and social performance of companies<\/li>\n<li>to strengthen social dialogue and the resources of the prevention policy by structuring a system of players, particularly in the direction of VSEs and SMEs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The report on \u201cPST 3\u201d highlights the progress achieved and the progress to be made for each of the objectives.
