This includes systems to monitor workers\u2019 performance and engagement or systems for automatic scheduling and task allocation.<\/p>\n<p>A new EU-OSHA report outlines the characteristics of these new forms of worker management, maps their uptake across Europe, explores the consequences of their deployment on workers, and analyses the applicable regulatory context. It also includes recommendations for the development and use of human-centred systems in the workplace.
