The European Parliament therefore calls for a <a href=\"https:\/\/epthinktank.eu\/2021\/10\/06\/what-is-the-eu-doing-to-support-good-mental-health\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">European strategy on mental health<\/span><\/a>, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/legislative-train\/theme-promoting-our-european-way-of-life\/file-european-care-strategy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">European care strategy<\/span><\/a> and national action plans. It notes that the lack of binding common principles on psychosocial risks in the EU leads to de facto unequal legal protection for workers.<\/p>\n<p>MEPs call on the EU institutions and Member States to further regulate digital work, in cooperation with employers and workers&#8217; representatives.
