Today, this form of work organisation seems to be firmly established, and in particular the hybrid model, combining telework with face-to-face days in the office.<\/p>\n<p>Some questions about insurance in case of accidents while teleworking become important:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What coverage does the employee have in case of a work-related accident while teleworking?<\/li>\n<li>What are the prerogatives of the employer who remains responsible for the health and safety of the employee?<\/li>\n<li>What legislation has been developed and applies today?<\/li>\n<li>What is the case law?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The report published by EUROGIP analyses the situation with regard to these questions in seven European countries: Austria, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Sweden.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/EUROGIP-teleworking-and-accident-at-work-in-Europe.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">English version<\/span><\/a> is now available following the <a href=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/EUROGIP-Teletravail-et-accident-de-travail-en-Europe.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">French version<\/span><\/a> published earlier.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The health crisis has led to an unprecedented acceleration of telework.
