The aim is to survey around 50,000 workers in 35 countries: the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia. Make your voice heard!<\/p>\n<p>For more than 30 years, the surveys have been taking stock of the reality of working life in Europe:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessing and quantifying the working conditions of employees and the self-employed in a harmonised way,<\/li>\n<li>Analysing the relationships between the different aspects of working conditions<\/li>\n<li>Identifying worrying working situations and\/or groups at risk,<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This year, new questions will cover current key policy issues such as the future of work, teleworking, hybrid work, work-life balance, gender equality, as well as the implications of an ageing workforce, dual transition, digitalisation and decarbonisation. For the first time, the traditional model of face-to-face interviews with employees will be complemented by online interviews.<\/p>\n<p>The first results of this series of surveys will be available at the end of the year.
