Faced with these alarming figures, the Spanish government launched an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insst.es\/noticias-insst\/un-dia-cualquiera-una-llamada-a-la-accian-para-prevenir-riesgos-laborales\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">occupational risk prevention campaign<\/span><\/a> in November 2024 called \u201cUn Dia Cualquiera\u201d (A day like any other).<\/p>\n<p>The campaign consists of radio spots, messages on social networks and a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=daQGyRzryL4&amp;t=36s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">video<\/span><\/a>. It illustrates the fact that an ordinary day can suddenly cease to be so, especially because of a preventable accident at work.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative, which is part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insst.es\/documentacion\/material-tecnico\/documentos-tecnicos\/estrategia-espa%C3%B1ola-de-seguridad-y-salud-en-el-trabajo-2023-2027\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Spanish Occupational Health and Safety Strategy 2023-2027<\/span><\/a>, aims to create a real culture of prevention among public administrations, companies and workers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.insst.es\/documents\/94886\/6683938\/Administraciones+y+agentes+sociales+se+unen+contra+los+accidentes+de+trabajo+y+las+enfermedades+profesionales+Nota+de+Prensa.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">To find out more<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every day in Spain, 2 people die at work and 35 are hospitalized as a result of an accident at work.
