It was produced by Aude Cefaliello, Senior Researcher at the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) and Ninon Henry, a lawyer at the Brussels Bar specialising in labour and social security law.<\/p>\n<p>This report provides an overview of proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union relating to directives on health and safety at work between 1989 and 2022.
