Under the slogan \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.info.gouv.fr\/grand-dossier\/parlons-sante-mentale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Let&#8217;s talk about mental health!<\/a><\/span>\u201d (<em>Parlons sant\u00e9 mentale!),<\/em> the aim is to improve understanding and support for this issue through a year of dedicated actions.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>It was in this context that the association \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/alliance-sante-mentale.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>Alliance pour la Sant\u00e9 mentale<\/u><\/a>\u201d (Alliance for Mental Health) raised the issue of this topic at the Meeting of French Entrepreneurs (REF) on August 28. On this occasion, <b>the association launched the first <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1RCCmbJoomCtz7zn66R_i1SUUfwDUJ9dN\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><u>Charter of Commitment to Mental Health in the Workplace.<\/u><\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-34673 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-181731-300x168.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"588\" height=\"329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-181731-300x168.png 300w, https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-181731-1024x573.png 1024w, https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-181731-768x430.png 768w, https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-181731.png 1429w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 588px) 100vw, 588px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Currently, whether due to work or other factors, one in four employees in France report poor mental health (<a href=\"https:\/\/solidarites.gouv.fr\/la-sante-mentale-grande-cause-nationale-2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>source<\/u><\/a>). Mental health prevention and management are therefore issues that also affect businesses, <b>as psychological disorders are the leading cause of long-term sick leave <\/b>(<a href=\"https:\/\/travail-emploi.gouv.fr\/sante-mentale-au-travail-une-charte-dengagement-portee-par-lalliance-pour-la-sante-mentale\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u>source<\/u><\/a>). The Alliance for Mental Health therefore invites all organizations to sign this charter, which sets out concrete commitments in terms of prevention, training, support, and awareness.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><b>Signatory companies commit to implementing four actions within three years<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Raise awareness to demystify the subject of mental health;<\/li>\n<li>Establish a framework conducive to dialogue on prevention, quality of life, organization, and working conditions;<\/li>\n<li>Promote continuous improvement of working conditions;<\/li>\n<li>Provide support in individual situations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, it will \u201c<i>monitor and regularly evaluate the actions taken in order to measure their impact and continuously strengthen its commitment to mental health in the workplace.
