{"id":35012,"date":"2025-10-28T15:11:01","date_gmt":"2025-10-28T14:11:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/?p=35012"},"modified":"2025-10-31T11:47:16","modified_gmt":"2025-10-31T10:47:16","slug":"eurogips-work-cited-by-the-french-court-of-accounts","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/en\/eurogips-work-cited-by-the-french-court-of-accounts\/","title":{"rendered":"EUROGIP\u2019s work cited by the French Court of Accounts"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"196\" data-end=\"513\">The French Court of Accounts (Cour des comptes) <strong>regularly calls on EUROGIP to provide insights on issues related to the management of occupational accidents and diseases at the international level.<\/strong> In recent months, it has sought EUROGIP\u2019s expertise on the topic of the recognition of occupational diseases.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"515\" data-end=\"743\">In October 2025, <strong>the French Court of Accounts published an observation report<\/strong> in which it provides an in-depth analysis of how the French system for recognizing occupational diseases operates and makes several recommendations.\u00a0Drawing on numerous national and European sources of expertise, <strong>this report explicitly cites several EUROGIP studies<\/strong>, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"1250\">\n<li data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"1006\">\n<p data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"1006\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Eurogip120E_ReportMSDs.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em data-start=\"878\" data-end=\"956\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Musculoskeletal disorders: how are they recognized as occupational diseases?<\/span><\/em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> A study covering ten European countries (2016)<\/span><\/a>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1007\" data-end=\"1164\">\n<p data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1164\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Eurogip-155F_Etablir-l-origine-professionnelle-d-une-maladie.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1154\">Establishing the occupational origin of a disease \u2013 Focus on the Italian and Danish approaches.
