Many countries are increasing regulations and initiatives to better manage psychosocial risks at work (PSR) that impact workers\u2019 lives, business operations, and society at large. <strong>Stress, <i>burnout<\/i>, violence, harassment, isolation, workplace conflicts\u2026 How can they be prevented?<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-34667 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-174616-300x200.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"470\" height=\"313\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-174616-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-174616-768x511.png 768w, https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-174616-360x240.png 360w, https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-174616.png 906w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 470px) 100vw, 470px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From the \u201ctrusted person\u201d in Belgium to \u201cwork-related psychological trauma centers\u201d in South Korea, <strong>this study presents initiatives for the prevention and management of psychosocial risks<\/strong> in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 European countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, and Sweden;<\/li>\n<li>5 non-European countries: Australia, Canada, South Korea, the United States, and Japan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Among the key issues addressed, it examines <strong>the various national laws regarding employers\u2019 obligations, the inclusion of psychosocial risks in risk assessments, the right to disconnect, and the management of violence and harassment in the workplace.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This study thus enables prevention specialists, insurers, and decision-makers to better understand the various psychosocial risk factors, grasp the applicable legislation in this area, and discover new practices implemented in other countries around the world.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/EUROGIP_etude_prevention_RPS_207F.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">View the study (FR)<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/EUROGIP_synthese_prevention_RPS_207F.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">View the study summary (FR)<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>The study summary highlights the key findings, while the full report provides a detailed analysis of the legislation and tools identified.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Stress, burnout, violence, harassment, isolation, workplace conflicts\u2026 How can they be prevented?
