World Day for Safety and Health at Work is observed every April 28. To mark the occasion, EUROGIP is highlighting three key resources related to the theme of the 2026 edition: \u201cEnsuring a healthy psychosocial working environment<\/a><\/span><\/strong>\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n

\n

In France<\/h1>\n

EUROGIP has published \u201cPrevention of Psychosocial Risks at Work<\/b><\/a><\/span>,\u201d (French only for now) a comprehensive report that provides an overview of legislation, tools, and prevention measures in 12 countries around the world, including France<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Recommended reading for prevention specialists, insurers, and decision-makers, this report helps readers better understand the various psychosocial risk factors (PSR), grasp the applicable legislation, and discover practices implemented in other countries around the world. Key issues addressed: employer obligations, the inclusion of psychosocial risks in risk assessments, the right to disconnect, and the management of violence and harassment in the workplace.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n

In Europe<\/h1>\n

The European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) has launched its website dedicated to the 2026\u20132028 edition of the \u201cHealthy Workplaces\u201d campaign<\/u><\/b><\/a>, titled \u201cTogether for Mental Health at Work\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n

This website offers a first glimpse into the priorities of the upcoming campaign, namely the management and prevention of <\/i>psychosocial risks<\/u><\/i><\/a> and their impact on workers and organizations. Key materials are available for viewing, including the <\/i>guide<\/u><\/i><\/a> for the campaign, the <\/i>brochure<\/u><\/i><\/a>, and the <\/i>poster.<\/u><\/i><\/a> Additional content will be available in all official EU languages following the campaign\u2019s launch in October 2026.<\/i><\/p>\n

Around the World<\/h1>\n

The International Labour Organization (ILO) has published a report titled \u201cThe Psychosocial Workplace: Global Trends and Policy Implications<\/u><\/b><\/a>\u201d in which it explores how the psychosocial work environment is shaped by identified factors and workplace interactions<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Work-related psychosocial risks pose a major and growing threat to workers\u2019 safety and health, organizational productivity, and, more broadly, global economic performance. Job demands, role clarity, workload, autonomy, work-time arrangements\u2026 this report highlights these factors and their impacts on workers\u2019 mental health.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
