This is <b>now <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/EUROGIP_etude_prevention_RPS_207EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b><u>available in English<\/u><\/b><\/a><b> for international distribution.<\/b><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Since the 2020 pandemic, mental health has emerged as a global issue, including in the workplace. Many countries are introducing a growing number of regulations and initiatives to better manage psychosocial risks at work (PSRs) that affect workers\u2019 lives, the organisation of businesses and society at large. <b>Stress, <i>burnout<\/i>, violence, harassment, isolation, workplace conflicts\u2026 How can they be prevented?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-34667 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-174616-300x200.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"455\" height=\"303\" srcset=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-174616-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-174616-768x511.png 768w, https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-174616-360x240.png 360w, https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Capture-decran-2025-09-15-174616.png 906w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 455px) 100vw, 455px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>From the \u2018trusted person in the workplace\u2019 in Belgium to \u2018centres for work-related psychological trauma\u2019 in South Korea, <b>this study presents initiatives for the prevention and management of psychosocial risks<\/b> in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 European countries: Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy and Sweden;<\/li>\n<li>5 non-European countries: Australia, Canada, South Korea, the United States and Japan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Among the key issues addressed, it examines <b>the various national laws concerning employers\u2019 obligations, the inclusion of psychosocial risks in risk assessments, the right to disconnect, and the management of violence and harassment at work<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>This study therefore enables health and safety professionals, insurers and decision-makers to gain a better understanding of the various psychosocial risk factors, to comprehend the relevant legislation and to discover new practices implemented in other countries around the world.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eurogip.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/EUROGIP_etude_prevention_RPS_207EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><u><strong>Read the study (EN)<\/strong><\/u><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The latest study published by Eurogip on the prevention of psychosocial risks at work is now available in English!
