Since 1 January 2017, the Accident Insurance Association (AAA) has partially subsidized training in the area of psychosocial risk prevention.

In a catalogue of training sessions provided by the Occupational Health Services, those that could be subsidized concern the following issues: PSR prevention, job burn-out, stress management, personal development, return to the workplace, communication, sound leadership and harassment. For some issues, specific training sessions are proposed for supervisory staff.

Moreover, in conjunction with the Luxembourg Occupational Health Association (ALSAT A.s.b.l), the AAA provides Luxembourg companies with a training plan in the area of PSR prevention.
