Industrial trucks: the revised NF ISO 22915-2 and -8 standards

Home > The news of EUROGIP and occupational risks in Europe > Industrial trucks: the revised NF ISO 22915-2 and -8 standards

The NF ISO 22915 series in 18 parts deals with the stability of trolleys with rolling masts, widely used for handling or in public works. The revised Parts 2 and 8 have just been published.

NF ISO 22915-2 specifies tests to check the stability of cantilevered trucks with masts, equipped with fork arms or load handling equipment. This same type of trolley used for freight activities is already the subject of another part (NF ISO 22915-9).

NF ISO 22915-8 deals with an additional test to check the stability of a stacking trolley with the mast inclined forward and the load in the elevated position. This test also applies to Parts 2, 3, 4, 4, 7, 13 and 15 of the standard.
