Free online training for psychosocial risk assessment

Although European companies are legally obliged to do so, less than 30% of them would assess psychosocial risks (PSR) according to the Dublin Foundation.

To address this problem, the online training course “PsyHealth worXs! has been specially developed by EIT Health, a Knowledge and Innovation Community of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). The learner is guided step-by-step through the risk assessment process, with lots of practical expert advice and short video learning sequences. The 6-week course can be completed at the learner’s own pace. It starts on 2 November 2020.

GERMANY: Three new occupational diseases recognised

Under a new regulation adopted on 11 December 2024, three new diseases have been added to the list of occupational diseases and may be recognised as such under certain conditions. These are damage to the shoulder rotator cuff, gonarthrosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
