In the introduction to the conference, experts will help us better understand the concepts that will be discussed throughout the day. A first round table will be devoted to international and European analyses of the cost / benefit ratio of health and safety at work or rehabilitation, the cost of stress and psychosocial risks or the economic advantage interest of health and safety at work for SMEs. A second round table will bring together companies of various sizes and sectors that will demonstrate the return on investment of measures put in place to prevent risks (related to wood dust, handling of loads) or to promote employee well-being. We will also discuss the partnership between employer and OSH expert to combine health at work and performance.
