In its annual report 2017, EU-OSHA said that 2017 was characterised by it’s constant commitment to improving occupational safety and health (OSH) throughout Europe. The Healthy Workplaces for All Ages campaign came to a close, and the Agency also celebrated achievements in other flagship projects such as ESENER-2, OiRA, OSH in micro and small enterprises and the costs and benefits of OSH.

BELGIUM: Case law on PSR since 2016

The Federal Public Service (FPS) Employment, Labour and Social Dialogue has compiled a collection of case law on psychosocial risks at work (PSR) from the labour courts from 2016 to 2023. The first collection covered the period from 2003 to 2010.
