EUROGIP is the international representative of the French occupational risks insurance system. It develops and maintains privileged relations with numerous bodies and organizations concerned with occupational risks, whether French (CNAM, INRS, CARSAT, etc.), European (foreign counterparts, European Commission, EU-OSHA, etc.) or international (ISSA, ILO, etc.).

More broadly, EUROGIP’s mission is to raise awareness of the French occupational risks insurance’s international actions and facilitate its exchanges with its European counterparts. Since 2018, it has been centralizing information on the international activities carried out by the French occupational risks insurance organizations and promoting them among its partners. In particular, EUROGIP’s mission is to:

  • studying requests for international assistance and distributing them to the network;
  • identify the expert resources within the network likely to be offered in response;
  • clarify the procedures for mobilizing experts, in close collaboration with their employers;
  • support experts to facilitate their missions abroad;
  • follow up on missions to identify/capitalize international best practices that could be transposed to the French occupational injuries and diseases branch, in addition to EUROGIP’s work.
