At the end of September, EUROGIP brought together around fifty members of its network in Lyon for a plenary session devoted to standardization in occupational health and safety (OHS). After a brief welcome speech by Raphaël Haeflinger, Director of EUROGIP, participants discussed various issues such as:
- Assessment of exposure to chemical and biological agents in the workplace
- Normative references used in financial aid
- Means of permanent access to machinery
- Current developments in standardization activities
- Actions taken by Carsat Rhône Alpes
The participants, who came from INRS, CRAMIF, and CARSAT, also attended a training session on negotiation techniques, enabling them to strengthen this professional skill, which is a key asset in the roundtable discussions they participate in when developing OHS standards.
