The main objective of this report is to explain why and how risk assessment can and should cover all staff, and to raise awareness among those responsible for and involved in occupational safety and health—employers, employees, safety representatives, and OSH professionals—of the importance of assessing the risks faced by ALL workers. This report is primarily intended for those responsible for conducting risk assessments and/or involved in the process.
