Well-being at work: creating a positive work environment (EU-OSHA)

This report is based on responses to a questionnaire distributed to organizations in 30 countries and on a literature review. Well-being at work is essential to quality of life and economic development. Its importance is increasingly recognized in Europe, but there is no consensus definition or standard approach. This summary document presents the concept of well-being at work within the EU, details the specific actions needed to advance it, and cites examples of good practices from European organizations addressing well-being at work.
