With experts of the European Forum of the insurance against accidents at work and occupational diseases, EUROGIP performed a new study on occupational diseases in Europe. The 8th EUROGIP’s report on this issue gives a statistical view on occupational diseases in 13 European countries – Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden – between 1990 and 2006.
It presents data relative to claims of recognition and recognised cases in 2006 and on the most frequent occupational diseases.
