EUROSHNET, the international network of occupational safety and health (OSH) experts involved in standardization, testing and certification, is organizing its 9th conference on May 27 and 28, 2026 in Helsinki, Finland.

Following the success of previous editions, EUROSHNET is inviting the network to meet up again for a new European event on the theme of “Digital and green innovations – Shaping the future of occupational health and safety”. An opportunity to meet experts, researchers, practitioners and decision-makers to discuss the innovations that are transforming working environments.

 


Important dates:

  • Early registration: until January 31, 2026
  • Poster submission: open until April 17, 2026
  • Decision regarding poster acceptance: no later than April 24, 2026
  • Registration deadline: May 11, 2026

Who can attend?

This conference is open to any person or organisation with an interest in occupational health and safety, including OSH experts and representatives, European and national public authorities, OSH institutions, social partners, manufacturers, importers and users of products, accident insurance institutions, testing and certification bodies, standardisation bodies, etc.

If you wish, you can present your work by submitting a poster. This user-friendly and interactive method provides an opportunity to share ideas, showcase ongoing projects and exchange views with other experts in the field. Posters may address current or future changes and opportunities related to standardisation, testing and certification.
