This contract was awarded to the consortium led by PANTEIA (NL) and its members IKEI (ES), Vhp (NL), and EUROGIP. The project began in mid-July 2024 and will run for 10 months. It consists of four phases:
- Overview of workplace accidents based on administrative data and existing surveys (where available);
- Analysis of workplace accidents;
- Accident prevention: the focus will be on accident prevention in general (in terms of OSH management, the development of a safety culture at the company/organizational level, and policies, initiatives, tools, and programs developed at the national, sectoral, or company level), as well as on specific preventive measures for the most common types of accidents in the sector;
- Analysis and presentation of the impact of workplace accidents in the sector.
