Mecallians Convention – 18 November 2025, in Courbevoie (France)

On 18 November, the French mechanical engineering standardization union (UNM) is organizing a convention on the theme of reindustrialization.

Reindustrialization cannot be decreed, it must be built. A strategic issue of sovereignty for France, reindustrialization is achieved through renewed, more efficient, safer, and more resilient production tools. In this regard, there are two strong convictions:

  • Standards, often underestimated, are an essential lever for structuring innovation, securing value chains, and accelerating time to market.
  • The mechanical engineering sector and its associated materials, the backbone of all industries combined, have a central role to play in this renaissance.

At a time when France is rebuilding its industrial fabric, this event invites you to meet with manufacturers, public decision-makers, and experts who will provide you with unique insights into the structuring role of standards and the associated challenges of international influence.
