The coronavirus health crisis has forced many companies to require their employees to work from home. But what was supposed to be temporary may well last forever.

And while there are advantages to working from home, there are also disadvantages: lack of social interaction, difficulties in motivating oneself, and often less than optimal workplace design leading to physical problems such as contractures. The possible lack of clear guidelines, the disruption of daily life and the need for P&MS to rethink their driving style can also generate stress and thus have a negative impact on work performance.
