EU-OSHA is now offering a new version of OSHwiki, the online collaborative encyclopaedia on occupational safety and health (OSH), as well as new indicators and other features in its OSH barometer.
OSHwiki : With improved navigation, the site can now be searched for information by theme – OSH in general, Physical agents, Health, OSH management and organisation, Ergonomics, Sectors and occupations, Prevention and control strategies, Safety, Risk groups, Hazardous substances (chemical and biological), Psychosocial problems – or by keyword on a range of OSH-related issues
OHS Barometer data visualisation tool: the main indicators are now divided into two categories: “Accidents, diseases and well-being” and “Working conditions and prevention”. The new indicator on work-related diseases provides the latest international estimates of the incidence of work on major disease groups for the EU-27. The redesigned tool now also provides information on regulation and international OSH organisations and programmes. Finally, national data can be compared with those of one or two other countries and with those of previous years. Users can also generate graphs and download a report of all data per country.
